Syfo Grape Mint Spritzer
March 20, 2018

Here’s an easy spritzer to serve at your Passover Seder, or at any time of year. Try this Grape Mint Spritzer with Grape Ice Cubes (vodka optional).

Ingredients:

3 cups red and green grapes, halved
3 cups red and green grapes, halved
2 limes, juiced, plus more for garnish
¼ cup mint leaves, plus more for garnish
1 64-ounce container Welch’s Manischewitz 100% Grape Juice
1 pint Syfo Kosher for Passover Original Seltzer
Granulated sugar for rim

Preparation:

1. First, make the grapes ice cubes. Place a few sliced grapes in ice cube molds and fill with grape juice. Freeze overnight or until ice cubes are solid.
2. In a large pitcher, combine lime juice and mint leaves and crush with a wooden spoon to muddle. Then add remaining grapes, grape juice (save a little for rim) and sparkling water.
3. To serve, mix a little grape juice with granulated sugar. Rim cups with lime juice and then the grape sugar mixture. Place ice cubes in glasses, and then pour spritzer into glasses and garnish with limes and mint.
